	Hansel Realty: House For Sale. This video was a pilot produced for Hansel Realty, a locally owned and operated realty firm in Dubuque. The concept behind this video is to provide a guided tour to prospective shoppers, particularly out-of-towners. This video file is in the Windows Media format.
