TB is Timothy W. Brechlin, a freelance videographer and photographer originally hailing from the Chicago area. After cutting his teeth under the tutelage of Dubuque artist Gary Olsen, Brechlin established TB Media Concepts to provide low-cost, high-quality videography and photography to the Dubuque area. Brechlin holds journalism and public relations degrees from Clarke College in Dubuque.
